How company registration coordination works
Compare business structures, understand separate government and professional fees, and follow documents and registration queries in one account.
Choose a structure for your business facts
Private Limited, LLP, One Person Company, partnership and proprietorship have different ownership, compliance and filing requirements. The right choice depends on your founders, activities, funding plans and continuing obligations. A comparison page helps you prepare questions; it does not replace advice on your specific facts.
Explain who will own and manage the business, where it will operate and which registrations you expect to need. Confirm structure suitability with an appropriately qualified professional before approving the incorporation scope. Company and LLP registration use the relevant MCA process; other registrations can follow different authorities.
Ask for an itemised complete quote
The published coordination package fee is not the complete government incorporation cost. Government statutory charges and reserved professional fees are separate where applicable. Your written engagement should identify what is included, who performs the work and which charges are estimates.
Ask whether the scope includes DSCs, name-application coordination, incorporation forms, address documents and post-registration work. GST registration, bookkeeping and ongoing annual compliance should be included explicitly or quoted separately. Government queries and approval remain subject to the relevant authority.
Prepare documents through your account
The starting information usually covers founders and authorised signatories, proposed business details and the registered-office address. Evidence, consents, resolutions and signing requirements depend on the chosen structure and application. Wait for the specific checklist before collecting unnecessary sensitive documents.
Upload requested records in the private customer workspace. Your service team can mark a document for correction and explain the reason in the application conversation. Keep revised records in the same request so the reviewer can follow the document history. Never send portal passwords, Aadhaar OTPs, banking credentials or DSC private keys in chat.
Follow review, submission and the next obligations
Document preparation, professional review, filing, authority queries and the final outcome are separate milestones. Where certification or a declaration is reserved to a professional, that person must be identified and perform the required review before submission.
Use your order reference to track progress, and use account chat to answer queries in context. After an outcome, keep the incorporation or registration records and agree a calendar for applicable follow-up filings. BusinessMarga coordinates the agreed scope; ongoing accounting, tax and compliance need their own clear engagement.
