Privacy notice
We collect only information necessary to provide requested services, meet legal obligations, secure accounts and support customers.
Your application documents are kept in private storage and are available only to authorised people working on your service. Document access is logged. We never request a DSC private key, token PIN, Aadhaar OTP, portal password or banking password.
To apply for a digital signature certificate we ask for your name, date of birth, PAN and Aadhaar number before payment. The Aadhaar number is stored encrypted, is shown only to staff who handle your KYC (each time it is viewed is logged), is used only for the certificate application, and is erased when your application is completed or cancelled. Guided company-registration forms do not ask for an Aadhaar number.
Contact details submitted in an enquiry are used to respond to that request. Marketing consent is separate and optional. Signed-in customers can request access to, or deletion of, their information from the customer portal; records subject to legal retention requirements may need to be retained.
