Shipping and delivery policy

This policy applies to physical items we send, such as a USB token for a digital signature certificate. Certificates, company registration and other business services are delivered online through your customer account and are not shipped.
A USB token is optional and is charged separately from the certificate. Certificate issuance and token delivery are separate steps. You need a compatible token to use a certificate.
We ask for your delivery address after payment, through your customer account. Please enter a complete and correct address, including the PIN code. Dispatch cannot start until we have it.
Once your token is dispatched, you can follow its status in your customer account, or with your order reference on the Track an application page.
These general guidelines do not set a universal dispatch time, delivery deadline or delivery charge. Ask for the delivery details that apply to your order before you pay, and use your order reference when you contact us.
If your token arrives damaged, opened or missing, contact us with your order reference through the contact form or your customer portal. The team will review the case and respond.
Keep your token PIN private. We never ask for your token PIN, private key, Aadhaar OTP or any password. Do not share them with anyone.
